Often the business vision exists in the head of the business owner but other colleagues aren’t engaged or seem to care in the same way.

Utilising the experience from my time in corporate finance with Barclays, NWS and the Bank of New York, my analytical skills allow me to quickly identify the financial dynamics at work within your business. I’m also able to budget and model scenarios and opportunities.

With almost 20 years spent running businesses and departments, working with clients to improve efficiency and a lifelong study of management and performance I will bring a refreshing and exciting perspective to our business discussions.

None of this is about telling you how to manage your business; it’s about being available to bring an external perspective, be a resource to grow your business or even just a sounding board with whom to discuss strategic issues.
