Many businesses approach me with a specific marketing communications issue and I can help solve that. However, that requires an understanding of your business and to position what you are looking to do within a wider marketing context.

And so whilst search engine optimisation, social media or a CRM programme may well form part of the solution, there are many other marketing and business considerations before finally committing budget.
