They are wasting time and marketing budget talking to the wrong people

In my experience, MOST businesses haven’t established why they are different and better than their competitors.
People buy from you because of why you are different and the benefit of that difference – that’s competitive advantage. Say the wrong things and you won’t get the sales you could and that’s money left on the table.

In my experience, MOST businesses haven’t confidently built an efficient plan of marketing activity that delivers a constant stream of leads
They are not sure whether their marketing effort is working and where they are wasting money
Speak to the wrong people, say the wrong things or try and reach people through the wrong channels and growing your business will be a BIG challenge.
